NRI applicant List of Document for Home Loan Application

Documents of NRI applicant:

Complete application form with 2 photographs,

Please Note: All company documents to have either company Logo or Company attestation on it.

Every Bank statement to have bank attestation. All these along with bellow given documents to have Your attestation on every page.

The signature on the application form should be EXACTLY LIKE THE ONE YOU HAVE ON YOUR PAN CARD.

1.      Use ‘Griha Prakash’ named, application form, if the client is on DEPUTATION to foreign country.

2.       Use ‘Griha Shobha’ named application form if the the client is on TRANSFER from India to foreign country OR If he is directly on pay roll of foreign company in foreign country.

3.       Copy of passport & all Visa’s till date.

4.       Pan Card Xerox with full visible face on it.

5.       Qualification proof.

6.       Present Job Appointment letter with latest CTC, detail break up; OF foreign country; PLUS (in case of Deputation) Current detail Indian CTC break up. 

7.       Confirmation Letter for current job

8.       Last Three Yrs. Employment Proofs, such as experience letters of all those companies worked during this 3 Yr. Period

9.       Salary slips for last immediate 6 months  of foreign country, PLUS  (For clients on Deputation) 

Indian salary slips for three months also required.

10.    Bank Statement for Last 6  months of Salary a/c in Foreign Bank, of the  respective country

11.    Bank Statement Also Last 6  months NRI/ NRE/NRO a/c.(maintained in India.) This statement is to be bank attested.

12.    Foreign Country Income Tax Paid documents of One Year.

13.    Foreign country Residence proof.

14.    Residence proof of Indian residential address.( If available)This can be on employers letterhead.

15.    Sources of Funds statement.(for funds required as Your Own contribution towards purchase of the said flat.) Statement to be prepared & signed by you only.

16.    Loan Track Record OR Closure proofs of any previous loans of any type availed from any banking organization/s.

18. Power of Attorney (In our format)

19.    Application form to be signed by applicant at 4 places & sent to us.

The info about HR official, His Name , Co’s tel. no. & his company email I.D. is must in this form.

20.    So also Total two references: one from current foreign country & One strictly from Pune. This is to be handwritten in the given application form.

21.    POA photo to be pasted in application form, whose signature across the photo will be obtained in India.

22.    Every document & every single page of it, is to be signed by the applicant i.e. self attestation, except on Indian bank’s attested statement.

# The documents of the applicant needs to be verified with original. If the applicant is in India at the time of application and is having the above documents in original  the same can be verified by the Official of LIC Housing Finance Ltd. Otherwise, the income documents of the applicant, passport, visa etc should GET  attested by authorized official of the Indian Embassy / India Consulate/Trade Commissioner of India in that Country or authorized officer of LIC International E.C. or authorized officer of any Nationalized Bank, authorized officer of any company owned by Government of India.
