Employee List Of Documents for Home Loan Application:
1.     Application forms with 2 photographs
2.      Customer Introduction form
3.      I.D. Proof (Pan Card & Passport OR Driving License OR Voter’s I.D.) (In all Two Documents)
4.      Residence Proof:  If present facility owned by you then its Ele. Bill/ B.S.N.L. Bill
If present residential facility is on Rent then: Employers letter certifying present address
For salaried PERSON:
5.      Salary Slips for last three months, having either company Logo Or Company Seal
6.      For Salaried Persons: Latest Form 16 is a must. & Should be supplied along with either DIGITAL SIGNATURE OR company seal & signed by issuing  authority. 
7.      (a) Copy of Either Offer Letter or Appointment Letter having all annexures  (however confidential they may be) PLUS  Confirmation LETTER  & Salary Revision with latest CTC  detail break up.     All these documents should carry company LOGO & properly signed by concerned authority.
(b) If you are a Govt. employee, & do not have any or some of the above documents,       then please get the attached form typed, filled & signed by your concerned Senior Officer with his seal & Dept. seal on it.
8.      Final settlement & Relieving  letters of previous Employer, if Job is changed within last six months. Experience Letters of previously held jobs, Data of  at least last three years.

9.      Highest Qualification Proof Xerox
6 Months bank statement of salary account attested by the respective bank with their rubber stamp & seal. This statement should have at least six consecutive months salary records in it. Cases of having few salaries in one bank & few in another bank may be acceptable depending on its merit.
10.  Another banks statement with bank attestation required if  balance in salary account is minimal.
a.      (Roughly  bellow Rs.5000.00 on any given day during last six months)
b.      The reasons for low balances if supported by documented evidence of SAVINGS then your case will be acceptable.
c.       If low balance occurrences are due to your liabilities & expenses, it will be highly difficult case.
11.  Investment details in  table format. Mention sources of your margin money.
12.  If any Loans are ON, then there track records. Also proofs of any previously closed loans during last 5 years.
13.  Front-page Xerox of Non-Ulip policies.

For Co-Applicant: If Income of Spouse to considered , then all the above documents along with Marriage Certificate.
If Income is not be considered then Only Pan Card with MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE
If Brother/Father or Mother's Income to be considered, then all the above documents. 
In case of  non-financial co-applicants only I.D. proof with valid residence proof (excluding Ration Card & L/L agreement) is  required.

CARE TO BE TAKEN WHILE FILLING THE APPLICATION FORM
Keep Ready following information:
1.       Two references from Pune: Their Names, Complete Res. Address with respective postal pin code, Contact No. & Email address.
2.      Your Own email address, Your Office & Residential  Landline & Mobile Numbers
Documents to confirm place of birth
3.      Present & Permanent Residential Address
4.      Your H.R. Dept.’s Contact Name, Office email address  & office land line number.
5.      Two Non Glossy Passport Size Photographs
6.      Self attestation on all pages of all documents including Bank statements.
7.      Please sign at 5 places starting from page 03 to page 05
8.      If there are High Credits & High Debits explanatory letter
9.      If LOW Balances in your bank account, again explanation for it.
10.  Track Records of any ongoing loans
11.  If cheque bouncing or any ECS return then your explanation for it.
