LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR HOUSING LOAN TRANSFER

Other than the regular list of documents of Employees/businessmen/self Employed professionals/NRI's

The Following additional documents are required for your housing loan transfer from present bank/institution to LIC HFL.

1. Track Record of current housing loan you wish to transfer to LIC HFL.This has to be from Fist date of disbursement by that bank to till date's installment. Please Note Amortization schedule is not acceptable by LIC HFL AS IT IS NOT A TRACK RECORD OF YOUR EMI Payment to the said Bank.
2. Pre closure offer letter from the said bank. This will help us to know exact liability of our to your loan.
3. The said Banks attested List Of Original Documents with signature of proper authority with their designation & Bank Code stamp. This is the list of Original Papers of your Property being held by the said bank In their custody against the Loan Given to You.
4. Latest Title & Search Report by your Advocate of your concerned property for which Loan Transfer is being sought by you. This should accompany the original receipt of amount paid to Govt. Authority by your Advocate towards search of your property.
5. Builder Or Society's NOC in our format for such transfer.
6. Jumbo Xerox of Govt. Approved Plan for your wing & flat, with clear visibility of Govt. Authority seal.
7. NOC by the concerned Bank whose Loan you wish to transfer to LIC HFL on their letter head.
8. Reference of any person whose Housing Loan form LIC HFL has been disbursed during last two years. OR Legal Papers Of your Project for LEGAL APPROVAL from our Legal Authority.
