List Of Documents for Home Loan Application:

1.      Application forms with 2 photographs        

2. Customer Introduction form

3. I.D. Proof (Pan Card & Passport OR Driving License OR Voter’s I.D.) (In all Two Documents)

4. Residence Proof:  If present facility owned by you then its Ele. Bill/ B.S.N.L. Bill

            If present residential facility is on Rent then: Employers letter certifying present address

5.      Business Profile

 6. Highest Qualification Proof

7. Business CURRENT ACCOUNT Bank statement of last 6 MONTHS attested by the respective bank with rubber stamp & seal.

8. Personal Savings Account or Other Business Account banks statement of last 6 months with bank attestation

9.  Investment details in table format. (LIC yearly premium / FD / Shares / Mutual Fund / PPF / Ulip policies)

10. Last THREE YEARS   I. T. R’s with C.A. Certified & Audited (as per statutory requirement) B/s, P&L, and Computation of Income Statement of every respective year.

11.      The above I. Tax must have been paid in the official given time, i.e. on or Before Oct of every Year.

12. Business loan details, if any other loans are ON, then there track record, if close any loan attach closer proof.

13.       Any Govt. License required for your Business. – Shop Act License.

14. When there are present loans, each individual loan wise statement of yearly interest & repayment amounts paid during last accounting year.

For Co-Applicant: If Income of Spouse to considered, then all the above documents along with Marriage Certificate.

If Income is not be considered then Only Pan Card with MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE

If Brother/Father or Mother's Income to be considered, then all the above documents. 

In case of non-financial co-applicants only I.D. proof with valid residence proof (excluding Ration Card & L/L agreement) is required.

15.  Two references from Pune: Their Names, Res. Address, and Contact No. & Email address.

16.  Your Own & Business email address.

17.   Required Self attestation on all papers.
